Adrian Werth, BA, is a committed psychotherapist who accompanies people on their path to inner balance with great sensitivity and a fresh perspective. His focus is on group psychoanalysis and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, working with children, adolescents, adults and groups. His professional experience ranges from the Sigmund Freud Outpatient Clinic for Children and Adolescents in Vienna to the Gars am Kamp Psychosomatic Rehabilitation Clinic. Adrian Werth succeeds in creating spaces in which honesty, self-reflection and authentic growth are possible. He approaches issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, sleep disorders and self-sabotage with an open ear and an analytical eye. His approach is characterized by the conviction that it is precisely in life's challenges that the greatest opportunities for personal development lie.
Adrian Werth, BA, has extensive experience in psychotherapeutic work with children and adolescents. At the Sigmund Freud Outpatient Clinic in Vienna and in his own online practice „It's Complicated“, he was able to gain valuable insights into how young people deal with anxiety, sleep disorders, school problems and insecurities. His focus is on group psychoanalysis and psychoanalytical psychotherapy, where he has learned to specifically address the needs of children and adolescents. Through his work in various institutions, he has developed a keen sense of how important it is to make young people feel that they are being taken seriously. Adrian supports his young patients in recognizing their own strengths and using difficult situations as opportunities for personal development.
