Portrait of Birgit Wandrak, senior psychotherapist at Die Wiener Praxis in Vienna.

Birgit Wandrak

Birgit Wandrak focuses on the individual with their personal history and resources. In her work, she combines empathy and clarity with a deep understanding of the diversity of human life paths.

She supports people with anxiety, depression, relationship or self-esteem problems as well as in phases of change, stress or reorientation. She also has extensive experience in supporting people with personality disorders, particularly paranoid schizophrenia. Her many years of experience in the health and corporate environment also enable her to specifically address issues relating to work stress, bullying and career transitions.

Through her open and appreciative attitude, she creates a space in which trust can grow - and in which new steps become possible.
