Portrait of Mag. Petra Weberstorfer, senior therapist, psychologist and psychotherapist at Die Wiener Praxis in Vienna.

Mag. Petra Weberstorfer

Mag. Petra Weberstorfer approaches people with a special blend of calm, presence, and psychological depth. Thanks to many years of therapeutic experience, she quickly conveys the feeling that you can bring everything to the table – even the parts that often remain hidden, are difficult to put into words, or have had to „function“ for a long time.

In her work, Petra Weberstorfer combines analytical depth with a very human, accessible, and clear approach. Methodologically, Petra Weberstorfer applies Analytical Psychology according to C. G. Jung, as well as clinical psychological treatment. She supports adults, adolescents, couples, and families with issues such as anxiety, exhaustion, self-esteem problems, relationship conflicts, challenging life phases, or the feeling of increasingly losing oneself in everyday life.

Her therapeutic approach is further shaped by her many years of experience in various psychosocial and clinical settings. She has worked in addiction treatment, as an army psychologist, and on international missions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, among other roles, and managed a socio-therapeutic residential community. For many years, she has been working as a psychotherapist in private practice and also offers clinical-psychological diagnostics for ADHD in children and adolescents.
