Tabea Grießner works according to the systemic approach, which looks at people in their relationships, experiences and social environment. Change does not occur in isolation, but through a new understanding of the patterns and dynamics that shape one's own life.
With her experience in media and public relations as well as in social institutions such as OASE Vienna and the Therapist Initiative for Marginalized Groups (TIRAM), she brings a broad perspective to her psychotherapeutic work. She supports individuals, couples, and families in recognizing their own resources, developing new courses of action, and shaping long-term change.

Children and adolescents experience the world in their own way – shaped by family, friendships, and school. Tabea Grießner helps young clients understand difficult feelings, find new solutions, and build their self-confidence. Through her experience in social institutions such as OASE Wien and the Therapist Initiative for Marginalized Groups (TIRAM), she brings a deep understanding of the realities of young people's lives. She works with children, adolescents, and their families on issues such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, social conflicts, and family changes.
